On the Brook, Somerset

As you can see the blog's been quiet since May, this is because I've been helping set up a new place in Bruton in Somerset called On the Brook and frankly that has been absolutely non-stop!!

Here are a few of the things that have made the menu:

chicken liver pate & orange & fennel jelly w/ toasted sourdough rounds (dairy, pork)

topped w/ peruvian mango salsa
