lamb braised w/ star anise & harissa, served on brioche dog
topped w/ coriander, shredded cucumber, crispy shallots & coriander sauce
(toppings optional)

LAMB CUBABS
pronounced cube-abs, this is 5 hour slow roast lamb
we pull it, press it, cube it then breadcrumb it
served it w/ garlic bread and coriander sauce
(more of a light bite than a filler.)

SLOPPY JOE & ARANCINI
Italian style croquettes w/ mushroom, mozzarella, rice and spices
served w/ a Spring Onion & Szechuan dip.



Customize your Joe . . .

3 CHEESE PASTRIES
Cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese mixed w/ onion & herbs
rolled in a light puff pastry, baked and golden!





In House Roast Almonds - lightly salted.

WATERMELON GAZPACHO (Available pre-order groups only)
refreshing watermelon gazpacho w/ picante mango salsa
served w/ fresh water prawns in chive pesto
& topped w/ cress & crispy shallots



Vietnamese Shredded Chicken Salad w/ Prawn Crackers



Wheat Free Sloppy Joe - Lamb / Vegan Available
