Fernandez & Leluu

Fernandez and Leluu supper club was set up in 2009 at the very start of the supper club movement in London. It ran for 15 months with Simon (Fernandez co-founder) at the helm in the kitchen. He continued designing the menus and delivering the food until, he went to work as a chef in Switzerland in the resort of Verbier. With Simon's kind permission, Uyen continued to run the supper club under the name Fernandez & Leluu until his return for one final event for the Jamie Oliver Foundation. Simon designed and entirely new menu for Fernandez and Leluu for this event:

~ Jamie Oliver Foundation Menu - Simon Fernandez ~

invisible tomato and bacon swirls

oxtail nibbles served w/ green beens

filet roulette - assortment of sushi roll served w/ ginger and wasabi

w/ roast potatoes
