Lovely evening - and a birthday too - 15th Oct




A great birthday cake created by one of our lovely guests for their buddy!!

far eastern carrot soup w/ roast rosemary bread

cured salmon w/ horse radish parfait

morcilla croquette w/
poached egg & jalapeño 'n' basil dressing 

pancetta wrapped pork tenderloin w/
passion fruit & brandy sauce

served w/ cauliflower california

caramel almond milk whippy-san w/
chocolate almonds & oaty crumble

black olive chocolate ganache &
beetroot, orange and pistachio nougat

my favourite was the cured salmon - the beetroot was lovely cooked [SIC]

and the ice cream was my favourite - I got seconds!! Yay!

keep up the good work, loved the food

I enjoyed everything except the petit fours.



Vibe + service = great  (err . . . there was no coffee in the dessert!)
